Here I am again, part of a square.
But I could be part of a different shape and still be called “dice.” And I’ve been around for centuries.

I’m part of connect-the-dots, dot-to-dot, and join-the-dots puzzles and exercises most often designed to entertain and educate. Dots typically are marked with numbers or other symbols.
Even a simple connect-the-dots puzzle has significance.
